We had a miracle happen this week with family mollo...

Hey Familia Mio!!!

Can’t believe another week has passed here in Argentina! My time here is filled with so many crazy, fun, hard and spiritual experiences! I first wanted to tell you that my zone leader is related to Lisa and Kurt Marlow... Elder Camren Rounds! He is a stud and we found out we have a lot in common... He is from Preston and we played each other in football... Of course we won!!! haha! But mom he wanted me to give you the phone number to his mom and maybe you and her can meet up and talk missionary mush! hahaha! but really they seem like a great family... really similar to ours! They live on a little farm like us even! His moms name is Caroline Rounds and her number is 208 852 0432!

I also went on divisions this week with an Elder who is called Elder Bagley from Rexburg Idaho... If we aren’t mistaken his mom works with Cory! but it was pretty crazy... He has 1 year and 4 months in the mission and it was rough and I feel bad because he still can’t talk in Spanish :(... I have nothing against him but I pray and pray that I can speak a a lot better than that when I have 16 months... My goal is that the Argentines can’t tell that I am from the United States! Haha I have a lot of work to do!!!

I still didn’t receive the package from you guys... I feel bad you guys spent so much time and money and it might not get here...But I did receive a letter from Hailey which was really good to hear from her! I also received a letter from Dan Eldredge who typed a letter to me when he was out of work from his hands being operated on! I am at the Ciber a little earlier than normal so I don’t know if this is the reason I haven’t received an email or if you guys have just been super busy! But either way I understand that this week was the rodeo and the wedding of Mccade and his wife and things were pretty crazy! I still love you!!! ;)

I will just tell you a little more about my companion, my mission, and our investigators! My companion is the District Leader and has Been a Zone leader for 9 months of his mission! He is a stud and I love him and look forward to the next 8 weeks with him! He is de Peru and has a family about like ours he is the Oldest and First to serve! He is doing a 4 week extension so we have a little time together still! I am going to be here in Rodriguez for a long time! I will be with him until June and then I will be with another companion for another month and a half to train them for the area before I leave because they don’t like to have 2 new Elders in an area... So that puts me at like August... But I am totally fine with it because I LOVE IT HERE!!! The people are so easy to love and are so humble! It is so beautiful here! It is very green right now because it has been rainy for the last 2 days... crazy how 2 days can change it! but I am preparing because I guess it will get pretty cold!

Well the Devil is real and he is working hard on our fetches Bautismals! Ariel the esposo of Andrea was stoked for his baptism and has worked really hard to overcome his drinking problem... But we have been working with Andreas mom on the other side of town with her sister who is also a member and yesterday at church they both came and Ariel now says... If we are going to have to be in the same chapel I can’t get baptized... So we don’t know what they have but they have a problem.... Well Ariel does... The mom Miriam has accepted a date for the 14th of Mayo as well so haha idk... But we are going to teach forgiveness this week and pray that the Lord will soften his heart! Him Andrea and their son Brian should be baptized this weekend the 30th! Sorry this is scattered but we saw a miracle with the mom this week...Miriam has listened to the missionaries before but has never was interested! We were working around the house of her Daughter Marcella who is a recent convert and literally Sat... at 9 at night when we were walking back to the bench we felt to stop by and talk to her... It happened that her mom ( Miriam) and her mom’s friend (Estela) happened to be there and they were talking about the church and she was thinking about coming Sunday... So we had a short lesson with them and they came to church the next day... and like I said before Miriam and Estela now how Fetches Baptismal for the 14th of Mayo!!!

We had a miracle happen this week with family mollo... The dad sat down with us and watched the restoration and listened to us and feels like this is a good thing for his family... (finally... after 6 of them are baptized)! And then... The Devil went to work... The kids weren’t listening to the parents all week so they were frustrated and Sunday when they were all ready to come to church Jessica and the Dad got in a fight.... and The Dad told her to leave and take the Kids to church but to be rebellious she told him no... well the dad told them if they weren’t going to follow this commandment of (obey your parents) they weren’t going to be allowed to go to church! So NONE of the family got to come....UGH......so we are going to have to move their dates from the 7th to the 14th as well!

So as of right now we have 7 fetches baptismal and we are working with some other and are hoping to get some more this next week! We are excited to finally get some people in the water this week! I’ll be sure to send photos next week! Oh I received an email from Lacey Hawker and looks like the Rodeos are going great! HAHAHA I remember the trips with the Hawkers... What a blast! Look forward to more of those in my life time!

Les Amo! Estoy viviendo el sueño de los misioneros aqui en Argentina!!! For you NorteAmericanos...I love you and I’m living the missionary dream!!!

I look forward to your email next week and I sure hope you enjoyed your Easter together!!

Keep it Real, Keep it Clean, Keep it Sexy and may the Lord bless you in all you do!

Con Mucho Amor!
Elder Foster
